I know it’s kind of boring to view other people’s holiday photos, but I just can’t help it!
It took us a little longer than normal this year, but we finally got our Christmas decorations up this morning before heading off to our first family Christmas party of the year (yes, it was extra early). Here are some photos from the big day:

My youngest son (Kyle) typically wakes up before any of our other kids–which is prime opportunity for discussions with him one-on-one. Sometimes he comes up with the best stuff (don’t all kids?). This morning he and Anita were talking and had this little conversation:
Kyle: Mom, how do people give presents to Jesus for his birthday?
Anita: Well, we give him our heart. We can sing to Him, that’s a present.
K: No. I mean like a present. Like a back massager?
A: You’re so cute!
So if anyone knows how to get a back massager to Jesus this Christmas let me know, because Kyle would love that.
